Our jobs

At BOURBON, nearly 4,600 men and women work across a wide range of professions, both onshore and offshore. From the crews carrying out offshore operations to the onshore teams supporting them every day, every role contributes to the performance, safety and quality of our services.

This diversity of backgrounds, expertise and talents is one of our greatest strengths. To showcase these professions, we have chosen to give a voice to the people who live them every day through our podcast series, "Crew Stories."

"Crew Stories" podcasts: Authentic and inspiring testimonies

Behind every offshore mission are dedicated women and men, unique career paths, daily challenges and a shared passion for the maritime world.

Captains, Chief Engineers, Vessel Managers, Technical Experts and many others talk about their roles, their experiences, the moments that have shaped them, and their vision of their profession. Whether you're a student, a recent graduate, a maritime professional or simply curious to learn more about these careers, "Crew Stories" opens the door to a world where excellence, ambition and team spirit truly come to life.
